Review Of Psychaotic By Jey

Jey rated it 5 of 5 stars

I try to keep a safe distance from books to have an objective outlook, but with Psychaotic: See The World In Red And Black, it seemed impossible. These verses speak to you and for you. Every word, feeling and image sketches the chaos and the storms unfolding inside of minds and souls. It’s simply-worded, somberly expressed and profoundly articulate.

Enigma

…Life is too intricate for me
And it is confusing
Like a million questions
Asked at the same time
When I open a knot
It ties itself again…

A little too much

…Maybe I thought about you
Just a little too much
I had so many issues
But so did you.
I was egoistic
And so were you.
I was stubborn
Just as you…

Thank you Irum Zahra for the book and for giving Pakistan and the world this precious gem.

This Is Me-Psychaotic Author Review

*Psychaotic* is my debut Poetry Book.
It is the first of its kind here in Pakistan. I am Pakistan's first free verse Gothic Poet to be published Internationally.
*Psychaotic* is a word play of two words and two feeling. Psycho and Chaotic.
I believe that everyone has these sides and they choose whether or not to open or disclose that side with people or not.
Psychaotic reads you while you are reading it and it connects the inner most desires and feelings with the flow of words. I wanted to write all these thoughts on paper because I wanted to connect the reader to the people like him or her. There are so many people in this world who feel like the have lost everything and they cannot go on without someone but this, this book, it tells them that there is life after that. That they are not alone in that hurt and agony. I know and I understand what you are going through. This book is for the delusional, for the bipolar, for the insane and crazy people. It is for the introverts who swallow their anguish and hate and keep it locked inside their hearts. It is for the people who feel alone in a crowd of 1 million.
I am here to tell them, whatever hardships they suffered, whatever pain they felt, They are not the only ones. There are people like you. They are here to help you, to talk to you, to love you.
You are special.
Psychaotic is my mirror. You read this book, you'll know me.
If you read this book, and you connect with even one of it's words, do let me know.
This book is my prize. I want to reach out to everyone through this book
Remember: You're loved.
Happy Reading!

Sea Of Life-Psychaotic

Tear the world apart while you can
Burn it down while it is still on its knees
Take out your anger, the hate, the disgust,
All is bound to break you within
Climb out the walls that keep you sane
Shout and scream till you feel insane
Don’t sleep, don’t rest, don’t sit, and don’t cry,
Shout and scream till the throat runs dry
Smoke the night, the pain, and the hurt
Don’t stop till you feel no more
Cut and let it bleed
Crush and toss away
Everyone’s feelings
When yours didn’t matter
Why should theirs?
Sleep and cry and rest no more
For you have lived many storms before
Run or crawl and find the sea
Dive in the pleasure

Let it set you free.

The Unquestioned Question

The unquestioned question

How do you feel?
What you see
Count the breaths
And the seconds left
Some spent, some wasted
Some lost, some found
Hold still, close your eyes
Everything is falling
But it’s the wretched quiet
The one that you love
It’s the chaos
That you desire
But,
How can you feel?
All the restlessness
With a heart half dead.

Games Of Thrones Revival-By Asghar Abbas

Revival?

Basically, no dire-wolves no dragons and not enough Jon Snow to save the show and the series in general. Plus the beleaguered North has way too much remember. This season of Song of Ice and Fire's exploitation kinda sucked....until I saw the 8th episode of Game of Thrones season Five. Bloody seven hells, what did I just watch?

The show runners more than redeem themselves and restore the faith of all the fans; just watch the deserters (myself included) jump back on the ship that is far from sinking, it's evident. Those who were worried that the show was losing its edge have naught to fear, with this penultimate offering sharpens the show like a whetstone sharps a blade.
There were many who were braying about the show's declining quality but D&D more than rekindle everyone's interest in all things GoT.
This episode was pure gold and I am not even talking about the satisfying meeting between everyone's favorite two main players of this wondrous (often frustrating ) game.

No one does the chosen one and would be savior quite like Jon Snow and this season he is the only saving grace. In this episode he is just so so cool, every bit the Stark everyone thinks he is *wink wink*

Oh the stare downs, the premonitions, the not so subtle prophecies and the foreboding, God the foreboding, the delighted foreboding !

Episode 8th may have just saved the show just like Jon Snow saved the day. Well, sorts of.

The liberties taken in this are to be cherished, the departure from the books are to be celebrated if it is done right like with this episode. This is the type of deviation from the source material that I am more than okay with; I fully support it in fact. For this kind of creativity of the create licence improves the overall product.
seven gods what did I just watch?
Astounding. There is hope for this show yet and fully looking forward to the show's finale and the hooded hints of "The Mother's Mercy."

don't let it be just a taunt. This time around.

Make no mistake; this episode was a penance and what an atonement this was.

Review of Psychaotic By Aimen Imtiaz

Aiman Imtiaz rated it 5 of 5 stars
The very first thing I loved about this book was it's name, Psychaotic, I love the idea behind it.
Psychaotic revolves around the feelings of an ordinary heartbroken person who struggles to survive in this world. What I like about this dark dark book is that it not only talks about the suicidal (and homicidal) urge of a rejected soul but it also mentions hope after hopelessness. The poems 'Impossible him', 'Tumbling', 'Tides of sanity' (and many more from this book) make the reader feel that the author knows all the secrets of his/her heart. My personal favorite poem 'Defend your wrongs' encourages the reader to be original and experience everything by himself. After reading this poem I was like, "Oh somebody finally put that in words!"
'Beautiful' would be the word I would say if somebody asked me to describe this book in one word. I am desperately waiting for Irum Zahra's next book. I wish her all the love and happiness in this world. God bless you!

Look For Love-Psychaotic

Look for love

I had an interesting conversation a while back regarding love and how you shouldn’t find love, but it finds you. And that people who search for it never find it.
Is that fair? I don’t believe so. People are lonely and broken and they often lose hope of anything good to ever happen to them. The only thing they hold on to is the faith that one day they will be loved.
If you say don’t look for it, then what is the purpose of it all? Why shouldn’t we look for a reason to smile?
A reason to live
A reason to hold onto life
You are indirectly implying that stay where you are, stay sad and alone and one day love will knock on your door and you’ll be saved. No… that…almost never happens. Not everyone is that lucky. People need something to build their dreams on.
So why stop looking?
Maybe it’ll make you pathetically sad or maybe it will fill your heart with a million smiles
Both, even.
Our problem is, that we look for love in all the wrong places.
You know exactly what would happen, you know your heart will break but you love anyways
You decide to make this mistake
You don’t stop
And you fall
And when you get up, there is little hope left in your heart
But it’s there right?
All it needs is a rekindling spark.
And you know when you’ll be restless for someone to talk to you, look at you.
Tell you that you are beautiful with all your flaws.
We all have these measures in which we calculate how much a person loves us. And we all want them to love us the way we want them too. At the same time, they are also expecting us to love them the way they want to be loved.
And there you have it.
The ultimate reason of why we always break up on the common Not-being-Good-enough theory.
Why can’t we let people love us the way they want to?
Maybe we would be better that way.
Maybe we would change in a good way.
But do we want to change?
Do we want to create a separate measure of love?
No.
We don’t.
We always cry and gossip on how we want to change and how bored we are.
But in reality we are all so comfortable in our own bubbles that we just scream change from inside. We don’t actually want to come out and transform ourselves.
The day we understand that about ourselves,
Is the day we will know that we are good enough for anyone who says they love us.
